How your business works, what you want off your plate, and how you want your AI to sound. It takes about ten minutes and it's the only homework you get.

One thing: a paid AI plan, which is what actually runs your setup. I build on Claude Pro (around $30 a month) by default. If you're not sure which plan you need, we'll sort it before you start.
I build on Claude by default, because it suits running a business system well. A Claude Pro plan is around $30 a month, which you pay for directly. Prefer ChatGPT? We'll talk through the differences before you start so you pick the best fit.
You can. It's all plain text, no code, and your setup guide walks you through editing it yourself. If you'd rather not, that's what ongoing work is for.
